Episode 11 of My Man Is Cupid, the ongoing romantic K-drama series, arrived on Amazon Prime Video on Friday, January 5, 2023. Nana and Jang Dong-Yoon portray the lead couples of the series, Oh Baek-Ryun and Cheon Sang-Hyuk. Heo Sung-Hee wrote it, while Nam Tae-Jin acted as the director of the popular K-drama.
Episode 10 ended on a stirring note, creating high anticipation regarding how episode 11 would unfold. Nana’s character, Baek-Ryun, is heavily injured after the culprit attacked her. My Man Is Cupid Episode 11: Does Sang-Hyuk Finally Realize Who Baek-Ryeon Is?
Episode 11 of My Man Is Cupid showcases a series of intriguing events. The police rescues Baek-Ryun alive from the crime scene. However, they find Go Eun-Seo’s dead body there. While sleeping after her surgery, Baek-Ryeon has a vision of her past life. She sees that her one true lover is a fairy with wings. However, when she is about to see the face of her lover, the doctor wakes her up. She gets quite upset about it as she desperately wants to know who the man of her dreams and her one true love is.
Meanwhile, police officer Jae-Hee (Park Ki-Woong) gets more suspicious of Sang-Hyuk as he sees a visible scar completely vanishing from his hand after a few hours. He confronts Sang-Hyuk about it, but he tries to ignore the topic. Later on, Jae-Hee decides to do a DNA test for Sang-Hyuk by using a straw he used to drink a glass of juice.
When the result of the DNA test arrives, Jae-Hee is extremely shocked as no match is found for his DNA, as if he is not from this planet. Thereafter, the officer goes on to visit Sang-Hyuk’s place. He gets another shock when he witnesses his friends right outside his house. They look exactly the same as the people in the picture he got from the old lady who lives in the same neighborhood. He can not believe his eyes. He is now even more suspicious of Sang-Hyuk.
In the meantime, Baek-Ryeon tries to see the face of his true love in her dreams. When she finally sees the fairy’s face, she realizes that it is none other than Sang-Hyuk. She reveals this to him. However, she is still confused about whether the dream is showing her the truth or just her imagination.
How Does the Episode 11 End?
Towards the end of the episode, Sang-Hyuk talks to the authorities about the hypnosis sessions that have been conducted to recover Baek-Ryun’s lost memories for the benefit of the ongoing serial killer case. From there, he learns that Baek-Ryun’s hypnosis results hint that she has many similarities with Yoo Jeong-Ah.
My Man Is Cupid episode 11 also displays several flashbacks from Sang-Hyuk and Baek-Ryun’s past lives. It showcases that they were lovers and how they both died for each other to reunite in their next lives. At the end of the episode, Sang-Hyuk comes running to see Baek-Ryun, but he learns that she has gone to the mountain again.
At the mountain, Baek-Ryun completes her thousandth visit. Right after that, when she turned, she saw Sang-Hyuk standing there. He has finally recognized her as his true love, and they passionately embrace each other. The episode ends right there.
