Popular K-drama Welcome to Samdalri is all set to air a brand-new episode 11 on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at 10:30 p.m. KST on JTBC. The episode will also be available to stream on Netflix. The series follows the story of two childhood best friends turned ex-lovers, Cho Yong-Phil (Ji Chang-Wook) and Cho Sam-Dal (Shin Hye-Sun). The duo reunite eight years after their heartbreaking break-up and potentially rekindle their romance.
The trailer for Episode 11 of Welcome to Samdalri teases Cho Sam-Dal’s impending feelings toward Cho Yong-Phil. In the previous episode, the latter told Sam-Dal that she’d confessed to him the previous night. Although, initially, she couldn’t recall, Sam-Dal finally remembered her drunk confession. However, this will only make things more awkward for Sam-Dal as she runs away from Yong-Phil in the newly released trailer. Viewers will have to wait and see how their journey unfolds.

The upcoming episode of Welcome to Samdalri will continue to document Cho Yong-Phil and Cho Sam-Dal navigating their impending feelings for each other. The trailer for episode 11 begins with Sam-Dal running away from Yong-Phil because of pure embarrassment. In last week’s episode, she confessed her feelings to Yong-Phil and kissed him. However, she didn’t remember any of it the following morning as she was drunk. By the end of the episode, Yong-Phil finally reminded her of her confession.
In the trailer, Yong-Phil follows a running Sam-Dal, but she continues to avoid him. Sam-Dal even scolds him for sneaking up on her every day. However, she keeps feeling butterflies in her stomach because of her feelings for Yong-Phil. It looks like she never got over him, just like he never did. Meanwhile, the town is engulfed in a feud with a neighboring town over a commercial project.
In the trailer, Sam-Dal’s ex-assistant, Bang Eun-Ju, gets into trouble. The latter previously accused Sam-Dal of bullying her. But she only wanted to take her boss’ position. Eun-Ju even slept with Sam-Dal’s then-boyfriend. From the looks of the trailer, it looks like she’s finally paying the price for her actions.
By the end of the trailer, Yong-Phil asks Sam-Dal, “Why is an ex worse than a stranger?” To this, Sam-Dal says that they’d never forget the reason they broke up. In the end, he asks Sam-Dal, who hides inside a room, avoiding him, “Can I make you waver a bit more? So that you can just lean on me.” The trailer ends with Sam-Dal opening the door and looking at him sitting outside.
